I have been blessed, challenged, encouraged and educated by Tracy's brilliant and effective coaching ability and style. After 30 years of business executive experience I have found a treasure of helpful information in Tracy that has allowed me to continue to grow myself and my business. She is prompt, responsible, honest, direct, caring and attentive to my personal and business needs. After many months of being coached by Tracy I still leave each meeting with pages of helpful notes. Thank you Tracy for all that you do! I highly recommend Tracy to be your Coach! You will find yourself very lucky to have found her.
I started coaching with Tracy in late October 2015, and I can't say enough good things about her. Her style is firm and direct, but never condescending. Some coaches think that talking down to you equates with being "direct." Tracy tells you the truth about what she sees going on and what work needs to be done in your business but is always respectful and treats you like an equal.
Second, her knowledge of how to start a business, research your audience, and grow your market is deep. She has walked the walk-- all that knowledge was gained from having done this herself and finding out what works and what doesn't.
Lastly Tracy has helped me go from an unfocused "idea" person to a person with ideas that can actually focus and implement them. Having your own business is a lot of work, but having Tracy help me focus on what I need to accomplish on a daily and weekly basis are making a difference.
I recommend Tracy as a coach. She will hold you accountable while being generous with the knowledge she has.
I went straight from college to an agency to working for myself, never really learning the managerial frame of mind that would better support my creative side. This, combined with a distorted notion of what exactly constituted work, led to unhealthy overworking and an unhealthy-for-business neglect of marketing.
Working with Tracy has helped me to achieve a clarity of purpose I’ve lacked since beginning my freelance career seven years ago. As a creative person, I appreciate Tracy’s approachable but firm manner. The guidance she provides is a combination of experienced advice and probing questions — a blend that works well for me.
As important to me as Tracy’s business acumen is, it’s crucial that she’s experienced first hand how the wrong work can undermine health. Relatability in this area seems extremely rare in entrepreneurial circles, but Tracy (and, finally, I) recognize that health undergirds ability and creativity. I’m learning, albeit slowly, to put health first.
There’s no doubt in my mind that were it not for Tracy’s guidance I’d still be stuck in a cycle of self-sabotage and unfulfilling work. Finally, I’m on a path I feel good about.
